Meditation 1: Chaos

Chaos came before order.

It is easier for us to think of negative thoughts than to create positive ones because for us to create good thoughts we need to have our mind in order and we were previously how we must follow the rules and order. Yet it is easy to have chaotic and negative thoughts because our genetic nature is to be wild and uncontrolled.

Order never existed, it couldn’t exist without a society. Humans needed to create “order” for us to coexist in society. Mankind needs rules and laws in order to function in a large crowd (town and cities) because without “order” society cannot hold a structure.

If I live in solitary, miles and miles away from any city, which rules and laws from any country do I need to follow for me to survive?

Now, before politics, humans based their “order” in religion. The only structure of power that controlled society was whatever religion dominated the area. Does this mean that God is also a recreation of our mind for us to follow “order”?

Every religion I’ve studied always starts in darkness, void, chaos, and nothingness then God or the Gods and Goddess created the world with a set of rules of what we can do and not to do. I’m not saying that you should stop believing in God or Gods and Goddess because they are not real, because I’m not here to dictate what you decide to believe or not.

I don’t want to be misinterpreted, I believe in God (I’ll write in another article more indepth my understanding of God) but I also understand that the “God” with rules is a God created one for us to live in a structural society.

Now throughout time I’ll be adding more and more to the subject as I deepen my knowledge in philosophy and my own meditation. I’ll post a timestamp at the end. Feel free to write thoughtful comments, whether positive or negative, but be sure to explain yourself. If the comment is without explanation, it will be deleted. This is a philosophical discussion, and thought can change over time, just know that I’m not perfect, I’m just learning.
